Prohibited Items

Every item must be legal, safe and fully declared.

Blackline Direct reviews every request before acceptance. The following categories are not accepted:

• Illegal goods or items whose possession or movement is prohibited by law
• Weapons, ammunition, explosives or incendiary devices
• Controlled substances, illegal drugs or drug paraphernalia
• Hazardous, toxic, radioactive, corrosive or infectious materials
• Cash, negotiable bearer instruments or unidentified monetary instruments
• Living people or animals
• Unidentified, undeclared or deceptively described sealed packages
• Any item requiring a licence, permit or specialist transport arrangement that has not been disclosed and approved in advance

This summary is not exhaustive. A request may be declined where the item, route, timing, declared value, packaging or circumstances present an unacceptable legal, safety or security risk.
